Cape May – Lewes Ferry Hosts Free Community Concerts at the Lewes Ferry Terminal

Lewes, DE – Today, Cape May – Lewes Ferry officials announced that four FREE concerts will be held again this summer on its spacious lawn located adjacent to the Lewes terminal building. Returning for the third straight summer season following its popular inaugural debut in 2015, these community concert events begin at 5:30 p.m. and are free to the public.

“The Lewes Terminal is such a wonderful venue for a festival, party or family event,” said Yelena Kretova, Lewes Terminal Manager. “Our family-friendly memorable nights of music and fun are definitely a break from the ordinary and - best of all – they’re free. We hope you can join us!”

Food and beverages will be available for purchase at the Ferry’s outdoor bar and grill, “On the Rocks,” or inside the Lewes passenger terminal. Carry-on alcoholic beverages will NOT be permitted on the property. In the event of light to moderate rain, the show events will be held as planned.

Kretova noted that visitors and residents who plan on attending are encouraged to bring their own lawn chair or beach blanket to relax while enjoying the concert on the terminal green.
