Ferry Fun & Fireworks – Cape May – Lewes Ferry Hosts Two Special Fireworks Cruises to Celebrate Independence Day – July 1st and July 3rd (SOLD OUT), and a lawn party for the inaugural Lewes, DE fireworks show!

LEWES, Del. – Get a front row seat and an ocean view to enjoy this year’s fireworks celebration aboard the Cape May – Lewes Ferry! This year, the Cape May-Lewes Ferry is offering two great fireworks cruises over the week of Independence Day. These special cruises are set to depart the Lewes Terminal on July 1 and July 3 (Sold out). The tickets for each cruise are $30 for adults and $15 for children under the age of 12 if bought prior to June 25. Due to limited capacity, reservations are strongly recommended.

“Unfortunately, the July 3rd fireworks cruise to New Jersey is sold out, but we still have a few spots on the July 1st cruise to Rehoboth Beach,” said Heath Gehrke, Director of Ferry Operations. “There is no better way to watch the fireworks display than from the ferry, where there are no obstructions and the sound and light bring the water to life. Be sure to reserve your front row seat as soon as possible— the remaining spots on the Fireworks Cruise to Rehoboth Beach will sell out quickly.”
