Supplier Diversity Program

It is the policy of the Delaware River and Bay Authority (DRBA) to encourage and afford opportunities to a diverse supplier base, while ensuring that the Authority receives the highest quality products and services at the most economical costs. The DRBA has established a Supplier Diversity Program within the constraints of current resources to advocate, coordinate and promulgate a level playing field for every qualified firm that seeks its business.

Getting Started

In 2009, the DRBA adopted the Official Supplier Diversity Policy and Program, enhancing business opportunities for disadvantaged, minority and women-owned companies.

DBE Program

The Delaware River and Bay Authority (DRBA) has received financial assistance from the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) for projects related to DRBA airport facilities.  As a condition of receiving this assistance, the DRBA has established a Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) Program in accordance with U.S. Department of Transportation regulations, 49 CFR Part 26.  It has been and remains the policy of the DRBA to ensure that DBEs, as defined by 49 CFR Part 26, have an equal opportunity to receive and participate in the Authority’s FAA-assisted contracts.
