The DRBA has developed Capital Improvement Programs for both its Crossings and its Non-Crossings sectors. The Crossings transportation network includes the Delaware Memorial Bridge, Cape May-Lewes Ferry and Three Forts Ferry Crossing. The Non-Crossings sector includes the three Delaware airports (New Castle, Civil Air Terminal and Delaware Airpark) and the two New Jersey airports (Millville and Cape May). Both Capital Improvement programs focus on maintaining, enhancing and expanding DRBA facilities to better serve the public and meet the demands of the transportation industry. These programs are updated and approved by the DRBA Commission annually.
