NOTICE OF MEETING OF THE COMMISSIONERS

OF

THE DELAWARE RIVER AND BAY AUTHORITY

A public Board meeting of the Commissioners of the Delaware River and Bay Authority will be held on Tuesday, October 18, 2022 in the James Julian Boardroom, located in the Administration Building of the Delaware River and Bay Authority, New Castle, Delaware 19720 at 10:00 a.m.  

Seating is still limited to allow for social distancing, so members of the public wishing to attend in-person are asked to register prior to the meeting by contacting james.salmon@drba.net

PLEASE NOTE:  After opening the meeting, the Board will immediately go into an Executive Session, closed to the public to discuss information of a confidential nature in matters related to any or all of the following: 

Personnel Committee:

  • Personnel Matters
  • Potential Litigation Matters

At the conclusion of the Executive Session, the public Committee meetings will begin.  The public Board meeting of the Commissioners will begin following the conclusion of the Committee Meetings.

The public committee meetings, scheduled for October 18, 2022, are the Budget and Finance Committee, Economic Development Committee, Personnel Committee and the Projects Committee.  As of this date, the following matters will be discussed at the meeting:
