NOTICE OF MEETING OF THE COMMISSIONERS

A special public Board meeting of the Commissioners of the Delaware River and Bay Authority will be held on Monday, January 9, 2017 at 1:00 p.m. in the James Julian Boardroom located in the Administration Building of the Delaware River and Bay Authority, New Castle, Delaware 19720. As of this date, the following matter will be discussed at this meeting:

 The public meeting may be preceded and/or followed by an Executive Session, closed to the public. The following information of a confidential nature may be discussed:

This Special Meeting is necessary to address personnel matters that require attention prior to the next regularly scheduled meeting of the Board of Commissioners. No committee meetings are scheduled.
