NOTICE OF MEETING OF THE COMMISSIONERS

THE DELAWARE RIVER AND BAY AUTHORITY
 

To adhere to CDC recommendations of avoiding large gatherings and observing social distancing, the Delaware River & Bay Authority (“DRBA”) offices are closed to the public and are operating with remote working staff and reduced and staggered staff on-site to ensure the continuity of operations.

Until further notice, the public will not be permitted physical attendance to DRBA Committee and Board meetings. Therefore, until further notice, meetings will be held electronically. To join the meeting go to

A public Board meeting of the Commissioners of the Delaware River and Bay Authority will be held on Tuesday, December 15, 2020 at 10:00 a.m.

PLEASE NOTE: After opening the meeting, the Board will immediately go into an Executive Session, closed to the public to discuss information of a confidential nature in matters related to any or all of the following:

Personnel Committee:

2. Potential Litigation Matters

Projects Committee:
• Long-Range Planning Alternatives
• Potential Litigation Matters

Economic Development Committee
• Long-Range Planning Alternatives
• Potential Litigation Matters

At the conclusion of the Executive Session, the public Committee meetings will begin. The public Board meeting of the Commissioners will begin following the conclusion of the Committee Meetings.
