NOTICE OF MEETING OF THE COMMISSIONERS

OF

THE DELAWARE RIVER AND BAY AUTHORITY

A public Board meeting of the Commissioners of the Delaware River and Bay Authority will be held on Wednesday, January 22, 2025 in the James Julian Boardroom, located in the Administration Building of the Delaware River and Bay Authority, New Castle, Delaware 19720 at 10:00 a.m.    Seating is limited so members of the public wishing to attend in-person are asked to register prior to the meeting by contacting james.salmon@drba.net.

PLEASE NOTE:  After opening the meeting, the Board will immediately go into an Executive Session, closed to the public to discuss information of a confidential nature in matters related to any or all of the following:

Governance and Audit Committee:

  • Personnel Matters

Personnel Committee:

  • Personnel Matters
  • Potential Litigation Matters

Economic Development Committee:

  • Long-Range Planning Alternatives

At the conclusion of the Executive Session, the public Committee meetings will begin.  The public Board meeting of the Commissioners will begin following the conclusion of the Committee Meetings.

The public committee meetings, scheduled for January 22, 2025, are the Budget and Finance Committee, Economic Development Committee, Governance and Audit Committee and the Projects Committee.  As of this date, the following matters will be discussed at the meeting:
