Frequently Asked Questions
The drba bid process
The DRBA utilizes CapEx Manager (CapEx) as its online platform to publicly advertise all open-competitive Bid and Proposal opportunities, to publish the results of those solicitations and to house all historic information pertaining to the DRBA’s past public solicitations and awards. Once a competitively-bid project has been awarded, the DRBA and its Contractors also utilize CapEx for project administration (i.e., inspection reports, pay estimates, change orders, etc.).
