I am sending the 2021 Employee Survey Results and 2022 Initiatives to you as promised. I initially wanted to review the findings and subsequent initiatives with you in person, but as I mention in the video, it’s probably not the most responsible way to communicate the survey results at this time.

Please take a few minutes to view the attached video, I believe it includes a lot of good information on our progress and where we are as an organization. Most importantly, I will continue to need your help, input, and support to move our organization forward. Please continue to send your thoughts, insights, and suggestions to telltheboss@drba.net.
