NOTICE OF MEETING OF THE COMMISSIONERS

THE DELAWARE RIVER AND BAY AUTHORITY

To adhere to CDC recommendations of avoiding large gatherings and observing social distancing, The Delaware River & Bay Authority (“DRBA”) Offices are closed to the public and are operating with remote working staff and reduced and staggered staff on-site to ensure the continuity of operations.

To adhere to CDC recommendations of avoiding large gatherings and observing social distancing, and until further notice, the public will not be permitted physical attendance to DRBA Committee and Board meetings. Therefore, until further notice, meetings will be held electronically. The public may participate by dialing 888 585 9008 and using Conference Room Number: 316-621-626.

A public Board meeting of the Commissioners of the Delaware River and Bay Authority will be held on Tuesday, June 16, 2020 at 10:00 a.m.

PLEASE NOTE: After opening the meeting, the Board will immediately go into an Executive Session, closed to the public to discuss information of a confidential nature in matters related to any or all of the following: long range planning alternatives, personnel matters, financial policy and planning, contract/lease negotiations or current litigation activities.
